What is a life coach?

Basically someone who is solely dedicated to you achieving your goals. A gentle guide helping you progress forward in the right direction.


What is the difference between life coaching and health coaching?

Health coaching focuses on clients physical health and wellbeing, whereas life coaching focuses on clients entire life. That includes their career, personal growth, relationships etc. However, both directions of coaching use very similar techniques and question sequencing to get clients moving towards their goals.


What will I have to do?

To get the most out of your coaching sessions, allow yourself to be fully present and free of distractions. You are required to show up to each session on time. It is advisable to keep notes during your sessions. Have trust and honesty in the coaching relationship. The methods used in the process of transformation are proven to be highly effective so when you allow yourself to be in a state of vulnerability, true change occurs. It is important to trust the process. Other than that, you just have to enjoy the ride! Remember that you can create any life for yourself!
