Holistic Health Coaching
Health Coaching is all about sustaining a mindful approach and a healthy relationship to food. I educate my clients on how to manage stress, how to implement healthy eating habits, and the importance of sleep and exercise. I address the lifestyle habits of my clients by taking careful examination of their health and conditions so that I can deliver a very specialized program to best suit their needs. Everything you eat either fights disease or feeds it. A Health Coach is a master of habit change and supports you to make healthy lifestyle changes.
The Health Coaching programs I offer focus on your physical health. This will often bring incredible shifts to your mental and emotional wellbeing. They are designed to bring a sustainable balance to your life so that you can create lasting change in a way that is fun and easy! You will experience a boost in your energy through daily movement that feels amazing for your unique body, incorporating delicious high energy foods into your everyday meals and finding the sweet things in life that are not consumable but instead bring you ultimate satisfaction!

While going through this intensive program, we create a very personalized and sustainable ‘diet’ that maximizes your energy and gets you eating more creatively!
