How To Raise Your Vibration

Everyone can feel vibes.

“That place has a really good vibe!”

“I have a good feeling about this!”

“I didn’t get a good vibe off of that guy!”

Every interaction, every thought pattern, all of the moods we experience every day, it all has its own vibration. We can actually raise and control our own vibrational frequencies simply by becoming more conscious of our thoughts! We are all constantly creating our own reality, so why not experience it all with a higher consciousness?! When we raise our own vibration, we are also raising the Earth’s vibration too.

But what is your own vibrational frequency?

 

Your vibration or your ‘vibe’ is the frequencies of your energy. The human body has an energetic field that walks around with us every day. Some people call it your aura.

Our energies can be a vibrational match to another vibe, like when you start to feel really good when your favourite song comes on or when you get a big hug from someone you love.

There can also be an overlapping of two vibrations that do not resonate at all, like how you get so uncomfortable when someone gets too close to you or “invades your personal bubble”.


As humans, we are constantly experiencing volumes of different vibes all the time whether we are aware of it or not. When we vibrate at a higher frequency and become more aware of it, we can experience more love and joy. So even though you cant always control what is happening around you, you always have the power to control your own vibration.

Here are a list of everyday actions you can start to incorporate into your life to raise your vibration:

  • Eat highly nutritional foods to give your body energy (organic if you can)

  • Get a Causal Realignment!

  • Become more aware of your thoughts

  • Smile at a stranger

  • Listen to music that makes your body DANCE!

  • Dance anyway to bring movement to your body

  • DRINK CLEAN WATER

  • Give compliments!

  • Exercise in any form that feels good to you - get your blood pumping!

  • Practice yoga

  • Exercise your brain by learning something new, something that you’re really interested in

  • Start a daily meditation ritual to bring awareness to the present moment

  • Write down all the things you are grateful for in your life

The more that people tap into their own power and raise their vibration, the higher the Earth’s vibrational frequencies will become and it all starts with YOU!
